Pricing FAQ
- Are there any setup fees?
- No. You pay the monthly tier price only. Starter includes a 7-day free trial; Pro and Power are paid from day one. Your card details are taken at checkout but nothing is charged on Starter until the trial ends.
- How do monthly limits work?
- Each tier has a hard monthly cap on scored evaluations, CV drafts, and interview briefs. Caps reset on the 1st of each month. If you hit your scoring cap, the platform falls back to title-keyword matching and shows an inline notice. If you hit your draft or brief cap, you see an upgrade prompt. No overage charges.
- What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
- For evaluations (scoring): the platform falls back to title-keyword-only matching so you still see your shortlist, but without AI-scored fit analysis. For CV drafts and interview briefs: you see a hard block with an upgrade prompt until the 1st of the following month. No surprise charges either way.
- Can I change tier?
- Yes, both ways, from the customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
- How does the founders' price work?
- The first 100 subscribers on each paid tier lock in a lower price that is permanent. Starter founders pay £14/mo forever (regular £19). Pro founders pay £39/mo forever (regular £49). Power founders pay £79/mo forever (regular £99). Once 100 slots fill, the offer closes.
- Is annual pricing available?
- Not yet. Annual prepay with a discount is on the roadmap. For now, all tiers are monthly with no lock-in.
- What about refunds?
- Within the first 14 days of the very first paid period, we refund in full on request. No questions asked. After that, we do not pro-rate mid-period refunds. UK VAT is handled by Stripe Tax.
